Pet Valu at 1345 Wagner Avenue, Greenville, Ohio.

Went in to use pet wash for my dog, he is an English Mastiff. I had been in previously to ask questions. They assured me it would handle a dog his size. The cashier even said they have had others and St. Bernards. She made me feel comfortable bringing him.
The price was great! Until we were given basically no instructions on how to use equipment, watered down shampoo, no towels (after we asked they did give use more) we have a very large dog. My dog slip on tile and fell and then continued throughout the store.
I could understand not being helped if the store was busy but, it was not and there were three attendant or cashiers available.
This will be my last time bringing in my dog or another pet I have.
